Return and Refund Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product(s) free of charge for a full refund or exchange. Your returned item(s) must be free of damage, unwashed, unworn, and unused. All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. The return or exchange request MUST be sent within 30 days after the original purchase date. If a purchase is made in the holiday season (Thanksgiving to Christmas), a return/exchange request must be sent by January 31 following that holiday and no later. To start a request follow these steps:

- In the message state that you are requesting a return or an exchange. In addition, you MUST provide your name, the reason for return, your order number, and the item(s) you are returning. If you have any other questions or requests please put them in the remainder of the message.
We will respond to your email as soon as possible with a free shipping return label and instructions for shipping. Once we receive the return and it is inspected for damages we will process a refund or exchange. If we determine that your item(s) have been damaged, worn, washed, and not in original form we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange. Any item that smells of smoke or any other odor will not be accepted.
